What Does it Take to Make it in Real Estate?
What does it take to make a meaningful income in real estate?
Like really have a career in real estate that pays well and gives you the lifestyle you want and I’ll tell you what it takes. It takes treating it like a job.
I’ll tell you why it’s so hard to do that. It’s because in real estate you get to be an independent contractor which means you get to decide what the day looks like and if you don’t have a lot of accountability and a lot of discipline in place it’s easy to put things off.
It’s kinda like exercise it’s it’s not hard. You just gotta do it and if you don’t have that internal drive to get on the treadmill or get on the phone and call 100 people or whatever your goals are you’ve got to find ways to build that accountability, so build in accountability, get some role-play partners, get group accountability partners, and have a tough boss. Ask them to be tough. Permit them to be tough. Do the above and you'll be just fine.
